I specifically told Damon, the representative, that my home had beautiful hardwood floors and was assured that "we refurbish everything before we send out." Despite this, two of the chairs arrived with nails sticking out of the bottom--posing a serious safety hazard. Additionally, one of the folding tables delivered was extremely old, with a wooden top that was splintered. The rough surface ripped my tablecloth when I moved it, so I had to cover the table with another layer before putting on the cloth to avoid further damage. Two of the folding tables had bare metal legs with no rubber protective covers, which could easily scratch or gouge floors. We had to call and request that the company pick up and exchange the damaged chairs and tables. When I expressed my disappointment to Damon, his response was simply, "this is used furniture. We are happy to give you your money back and pick up the rental items."
