The shop is small, but there were a lot of cute options mostly women's shoes. I found a pair of sandals on sale for 15 euro, they were one size too big, but the shop lady was very nice and offered to have her husband make a basic adjustment. They were really nice and helpful. I would definitely keep my eye on this shop!

The service was horrible and it was because we were 8 African American women. The young woman that was serving us acted as if we were invisible and the manager came over and really didn't solve the problem. In fact, one person complained about the tough and rubbery vegetables and he told her to just add some salt and pepper. Totally unacceptable. And we were not even offered a desert menu!!

I love shoes, bags and coats and will pay the money for good quality. It was Saturday, June 29 and not busy in the store - one other customer. The store is small and there were two people helping the four of (3 in my party). She was nice and offered assistance however the guy was an a$#hole. I've read other reviews (other sites) about the grumpy middle aged guy with poor customer service and met him in the flesh. He could not be bothered with returning a greeting or acknowledging This polished man on IG was a jerk in person which was too bad as I came to Florence to spend my $$ in his store. I went elsewhere and spw t money with a competitor. Must be nice when you can lose $400 euro sale. So if you want high-quality, limited women styles at a premium with a side of attitude and poor service poor this is the store for you.

You'll pay about €280 which I found reasonable compared to another shop that had fewer shoes and high pressure service.

Lower prices than other shops in Florence (for example, a leather tray that cost 15€ in another shop cost 10€ here). The owner was friendly, spoke English, and can even do custom shoes!!! Got a couple items and considering contacting him for a custom shoe later on. Must stop if you're leather shopping in the city.
