I tried getting this company to come back out after last year's tree treatment (which was great and I left 5 star review) but when I tried to get them to come out this year, I was ignored. II emailed him and he said he would have someone get back to me. 3 emails later I gave up I found a kid with Vitali who was awesome and took care of me at half the cost. Glad he ignored me now, but I really was loyal and I felt like my tree issues were not important to him this year. I feel repeat customers are very important. read more

We have been using Jack from Scarlet Oaks Tree Care for almost 10 years now. We first started we had some down trees at our home and Jack cam out and supplied us with a very competetive bid. They came out when they were scheduled to do the work and wew were very pleased. After that we used him for a commercial property that had some dead aspens up against some power lines. We now use him for annual maintenance and pruning on both properties. I can always count on Jacks competetive pricing, Great service and making sure the property is clean when they are done. I highly reccomend Scarlet Oaks Tree service for all of your trimming needs. read more

Great communication. Real happy with these guys. Did a great thinning of one of my Maple trees and fed and treated them too. Morgan stayed in tough and came when he said he would. Will use again. Thanks. read more

Jack was very communicative and made it clear that he wanted to complete the tree removal for us in a safe manner. We got rescheduled for one week later (today) and Jack personally came over with a lift. For that reason, I am updating my review with an additional star for customer service in trying to make things right. After a few attempts at getting the lift in place, the crew did not feel comfortable with the configuration of the lift with the tree and the tight space in the alley. We 100% support their commitment to safety and applaud that their employees do not feel pressured to take unreasonable risks. Their focus on safety is one of the main reasons why we chose them over the rest. Our frustration is simply that the hazard assessment was not adequate at the initial time of quote. Again, we are glad the crew on Day 1 did not go ahead with unsafe work just to get it done. However, there was no additional assessment to ensure that the lift would actually solve the issue the following week. Essentially, we lost 2 weeks during the process when they could have just said the project was not doable for them.  Hindsight is 20/20, so I don't want this to be viewed as an entirely negative review. Bottom line is that they are definitely strong on safety (5 stars) but they should take a look at how they are quoting and selling work. This was likely a rare occurrence as every other part of the process was handled very well by the staff. Would we try using them again? Actually, yes! I'm sure they do excellent work. We just didn't get to experience it due to the circumstances. read more

The purple ash in our front yard was long overdue to be pruned. Called Jumping Branch based on Yelp reviews. The team was fast, responsive, and very professional. I needed them to do the trimming while I was at work, and I was a bit nervous that I would come back home and it wouldn't be done, or it would be done poorly, or there would be a huge mess... but our tree looked great and they cleaned up without a trace! Also had the cheapest price among three other companies I contacted on Yelp. Highly recommend. They kick ash. read more

We have a massive apple tree in our backyard which was way overdue for pruning. I found Jumping Branch through Yelp and can't recommend them enough. The owner, Jack, was responsive and really easy to work with. He scheduled a date to take a look at the tree and had an estimate back to me within hours. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the team that came out to do the job were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. One guy even shared some historical knowledge about the first apple orchards in Colorado which was pretty cool. The guys left my backyard looking better than they found it and the tree itself looks great! I'm very happy with Jumping Branch and will definitely be calling them for any future tree service needs. read more

I had Scarlett Oakes Tree Service treat my apple trees for fire blight. I had reached out to 4 tree services and they responded quickly. They showed up when they said they would and were great communicators. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this company. read more

Jack, the owner was quick to respond. His schedule was very full but got us in on a Sunday! They removed a large pine right next to the house safely and efficiently. Trimmed another large tree and cleaned up very well. I have already referred his company and would definitely use them again. Great crew. read more

We received estimates from 3 different tree services and ended up hiring Scarlett Oaks Tree Care. We were impressed with their knowledge and expertise, as well as advice regarding our options. We ended up having them trim two trees. (A pine tree and locust tree.) Their estimate came in the lowest of the 3 companies. We don't always hire the lowest price, but in this case, they impressed us the most, so that was just a bonus in our decision! (They even identified an ash tree that we have as having lilac bore when another tree service told us it was emerald ash bore. They were actually correct!) They were able to schedule us quickly and showed up right on time! They did a phenomenal job and cleaned up all the branches as well! We were very happy with the service they provided and would hire them again in a heartbeat, without hesitation! Honesty, Integrity and Value! A top notch company! read more

I am under contract to purchase a house and was concerned about the Fremont Cottonwood Tree standing tall and beautifully in our new backyard. I was uncertain if the tree had an infection and quite worried that the tree was going to need to be removed. I contacted Scarlett Oaks Tree Care and sent over a picture and was rest assured that my tree was going to be okay! I really appreciate the owner taking time out of his busy afternoon to correspond with me on text as I am also Deaf so it really helped me with understanding what I was seeing on the tree itself! Thank you once again for your time and patience and I look forward to working with you guys again in the near future! read more

This company is very responsive and took control of a 60 year old oak tree that has been in steep decline due to botched care from another company. They immediately provided a solution for an insect problem, applied nutrients and pruned dead branches. All has been done professionally, and Jack has answered all of my questions in an understandable way. I look forward to seeing our favorite back yard tree recover next summer. I will hire this company again. read more

Just had Scarlett oaks tree care come out to take down a ponderosa tree and do a heavy pruning on our ash tree. They did an excellent job. This is the best company I've had come out here in the 33 years we've lived here. Really listened to what I needed done. Fixed the damage from other tree companies and Xcel. I would highly recommend this company for any tree work you need done. Very good price too. Do yourself a favor and use this company. You won't regret it! read more

Can't say enough about these guys, they are super knowledgeable, have expertise in every area of tree and shrub, are conscientious about their work and clean up and very competitively priced ....they are absolutely my go to for all things tree and shrub related! read more

Great communication and execution. One of the best experiences I've had lately in the services industry. Thanks!

I made an appointment for a Monday morning deep root fertilization of trees on my property. They didn't show so I called at 9:30 AM. I was assured they would be out that afternoon. They didn't show. Said they could reschedule for a full week later. No thank you. I can't deal with such flakiness especially when I'm a returning customer. I'll find a new service. read more

We had 6 Aspens ranging in 20 to 30 feet tall right next to our house and several had died. We also had a 30 feet spruce that needed to come down. Jumping Branch was amazing. Although I was nervous with how close the trees were to the house, they made quick work with the project and removed all trees from the property. They even cleaned everything up really well. I would highly recommend them and will always consider them for the future care/management of my trees. Thank you! read more

The two guys who came out worked hard for two days on the four trees and cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend

Jack had the best quote for trimming a large tree, removing two large tree of heavens, and dealing with a tree of heaven invasion. He was very responsive and did the work on time. read more

Jacks response time is great and he understands customer service. Would definitely engage him again.

Excellent service, quick response, great people, wonderful customer service. Hired from Yelp projects and best decision for any type of tree & shrub service. Highly recommend! read more

Quick and easy removal of the dead aspen. Even left some wood at the request of my children for our fire pit. Squeezed me in next day.

Jack was like a surgeon. My 50 + year old spruce was laying on my roof between my house and the neighbors. One company wanted to hire a large crane to pick it off. Jack sliced it up with his guys and dropped it exactly where he said it would go. He came out the same day and the tree was gone by the end of the day. I can't say enough good things about him and his crew. All very professional and safe! read more

These guys are great! They showed up on time and were very professional, my tree was 40'tall and between two houses and they did a great job of bringing it down safely. I asked to keep the rounds for firewood and they stacked it up for me as well. They cleaned up after and brought the tree down in a matter of hours. Great work! Plus their quote was well below their competition. read more

The guys at Jumping Branch were quick to respond to my call, they came out and took a look at one tree I needed removed and another that needed a trim. It was clear they were both knowledgeable and honest. They took extra care when removing a tree that was next to my home and did a great job cleaning up our old oak. I will be making use of their expertise again. read more

Very professional and knowledgeable, they did a great job! Would use Jumping Tree again!

WOWOWOW! Jumping Branch, Jack, and his crew are the best. After trying two places that never called back to make appointments, and a third tree service that came out and then failed to give us an estimate (even after we followed up twice), this service was AMAZING. Jack came the day we talked to give an estimate and worked us into the schedule that next weekend. His crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and brought down a large tree expertly, guiding it down between house and deck, a bush, and play structure without damaging anything. They removed another tree and dead-wooded a third while they were here and did it quickly and well! His crew were friendly and helpful, communicative, and they made sure to do a complete clean up. It seems there are many tree services out there that can't be bothered to call customers back or complete estimates. Jumping Branch is responsive and executed the work well. We plan to have them out every couple of years to check our trees and keep them healthy and we recommend them to you! read more

We interviewed/got estimates from 5 companies. Jumping Branch had the best price and more importantly, were consistently on the ball with information about pricing, taking care of the trees in the near term, and protecting them this winter. They also paid attention to plantings already in place and made sure to work around those. Professional, personable, careful. We're going to hire them in future for pruning and feeding our other trees. Just an excellent experience, all the way around. read more

My neighbor and I have used Jack and his Jumping Branch Tree Service for the last two years. They continue to be an excellent company. Responded the same day I contacted them and came out to remove 2 trees and trim huge branches from a Cottonwood. They took great care to save my flowers and veggies that were growing in the area where major work was happening. The whole crew is great and we even got to meet Jack's dog. Really, just great in all ways! read more

We had a great experience with Jumping Branch. Very professional and did a great job with our trees. We highly recommend!

Really enjoyed working with Jack and his team. Jack was responsive, came out to assess our tree situation, recommended a variety of services including spraying for aphids, trimming, and cutting down a couple of trees, explained everything along with the future prognosis for what to expect in months and years to come. Everyone on his team was communicative and professional. I'll definitely be using them in the future. read more

They were even able to squeeze in some last minute work to my neighbor's tree. Great crew, great job. Thanks Jack! read more

Started out great. Got a good quote. Completely ghosted me after delaying work 3 times for different reasons. Don't recommend.

Always on time, efficient work, and positive customer service experiences. The owner has many the required licenses and is a certified arborist. I would highly recommend for any and all tree services, from removals to pruning and other plant health care needs, Jumping Branch is the best. read more
