My small business recently had our website updated by Scared Rabbit. We revamped the entire site's appearance and add a online quoting system for the products we sell. The crew at Scared Rabbit were knowledgeable, but we did run into several snags along the way. Each snag cost more money. By the end of it all, the site cost almost $1000 more than it should of if certain settings and formatting rules would of been done the first time. No if I want any changes...no matter how small...I get charged a $65 hourly fee to make them. The website does look great and functions well, but if I had to have another site created for me, I would look for someplace cheaper. read more

There was nobody at the counter and when i put the package on the counter she did not speak a word just glared at me. There was uncomfortable silence so I said that it was an amazon return hoping to prompt a response. The girl rolled her eyes at me and held out her scanner. I had to figure out she was wanting me to put my QR code in front of the scanner since she did not say a word, so I did so, but felt very demeaned. She did not speak a word just gave attitude the entire time. When she put the sticker on the package she just uttered "You can leave" under her breath. I was so shocked at the behavior and attitude. The guy they used to have running the counter was always so pleasant. This was definitely a change for the worse. I will go to the UPS store every time after this.

Our company www.caldwellmonument.com has been with Scared Rabbit since we went online....quite a few years ago. They take care of us on several levels; web hosting as well as designing our website whenever we decide to do it. They even give us training on how to maintain our site. (And when we forget what we are doing.....they help us out WITHOUT making us feel stupid about it.) We have called upon the Scared Rabbit staff on many occasions and we have been BEYOND pleased with the service that we have received. Their team is respectful and business appropriate at every level. Without hesitation we say our company goes to Scared Rabbit! (Love the new Kokomo office they're in now!) Ruth Caldwell Caldwell Monument Company read more
