He is truly an artist when it comes to his craft. The result for me is a thicker more natural hairline and fuller crown. Dr. Ballon took the time to explain the process to me along with risks and benefits and let me come to my decision with no pressure from him. Anybody in need of a hair transplant should look no further than Dr. Ballon. I know many men and a few women who have have a hair transplant from Dr. Ballon and sing his praises.

After my transplant with Dr. Ballon, my receding hairline was gone, but no one guessed that I had had the surgery. My own MOTHER asked if I had lost weight, but didn't guess that I had a new head of hair. When I look at before and after photos, the difference is amazing, yet there's no straight lines or graft clumping that can often give away that a procedure has been done. I now have a head of hair that I can comb and style (I recently changed my "look" - there's now enough hair to do that!), and makes me look ten years younger. During the entire process, pre-op, during the procedure, and post op, Dr. Ballon was available, focused, supportive, and gave the kind of patient, authoritative advice that inspires confidence. He's the only guy I would ever use.

I did not like my experience at all. I was greeted nicely by Katie and Candace but the wigs that…read moreNikki put on me did not fit my face and she didn't show me any wigs that were in my hair color - black. She said we would have to custom order it to make it into my hair color. I would have to spend about $750 on a wig before being able to see one in my color. I also knew they carried black wigs because the lady next to me were being shown them. For the lady next to me, her hairdresser was asking questions to her, making her feel comfortable and making sure everything she tried on was ok, while mine did the opposite. I was there for less than 10 minutes and they told me to pay $25 for the consultation fee that they never even specified to me. This is the first time I've been to a wig shop. I was so nervous and my nerves have gotten even worse while I was there. They even told me that they do not take any measurements either. They were all way out of my price range. I am practically in tears right now. I will not stop into this wig shop ever again. Once I step into stores I wonder if I will be treated like all the other customers because of how short and young looking I look. I'm in my 40s. Now I know I will not be treated the same. I'm never coming here again. I did notice a trend when I walked in there. The older ladies who were shopping around and having wigs put on them were treated much more nicely than someone like me.

After a…read morelong and sometimes frustrating search, we found Dr. Anderson through Emory University, where our daughter attends. I am so grateful we did. From the pre-op calls to the care I received on the day of the procedure, Dr. Anderson and his entire staff made me feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for. During the pre op video, he explained the procedure in detail, answered my questions, and walked me through what to expect before and afterward. His thoroughness gave me confidence in my decision. On the day of the procedure, the team was attentive to my every need. Thank you to Dr. Anderson, Matt, Linda, and everyone who took care of me. I wish I could remember every name, but I was a little out of it that day! Please know how much I appreciated your kindness and care. For anyone who has been on the fence about a hair procedure or is struggling to find a doctor they trust, I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and his team. After years of searching, I'm glad I chose them.

Depending on the graft number you could be there for a long time, but they did provide lunch which was nice. I didn't even have to go in for checkups. I just had to send photos from various angles and that was sufficient. From what I can tell, it appears all of my grafts remained intact. I would have no problem recommending this facility to those looking for hair transplant services. The pricing was on par or slightly better than other places I had a consult with and I feel like it was perhaps more personal than the vibe I got at other offices. Definitely do your research on techniques and pricing differences before making the big decision and putting that deposit down. All in all, I'm glad with my decision.
