We called in advance and they adjusted each of the 6 courses on the menu wonderfully. My grandfather was also attending (and enjoying all of it). Although we had not asked for it they even added a surprise dessert in honor of his birthday. Side note: 80% of the vegetables are grown locally in their own garden, and seasonally incorporated in the menu. Well worth the trip.
