I said yes, I have an appointment with Mandie. me Mandy is right there (two chairs down across the aisle). I walk over to Mandy and I stand in front of her chair while she sits there and on her phone. after an uncomfortable eight or nine seconds, I say are you Mandy and she says hold on a minute and continues to scroll. She then stands up and stands behind her chair. No hello, no hi, nothing... I proceed to tell her that I've recently moved here and after having the same person cut my hair for 25 years I'm struggling to find a decent barber. I'll then show her a picture of what I would like done and ask, can you do this? To which she replies, on your head? I said no on my arm lol. She then says well I can try. Reluctantly, I asked you think you can do it? are you being rude right now? I said no, I'm simply asking if you think you can do this. She says, I feel like you're being rude right now. Too which I said never mind. Have a great day and walked out. I now see why she had so many appointment appointments available today while everyone else was booked full.

Two thumbs up for this Salon.

Tried to email them, but apparently the email on the "contact us" no longer works. The studio has a great vibe and the people seem nice and it was busy. My stylist had a clear appointment book, so I should have never gone! My advice is go somewhere else. Sadly, it's so bad and short, I am wig shopping now.
