Sarah made the whole process quick and easy. As soon as we walk up we were greeted, and size up for proper fitting life jackets. We were also offered use of dry bags. They have 10 seats set up at a bar top style long table where you can pedal away and reach into the coolers in front of you to grab your drinks, which are BYOB. We brought lots of snacks and sandwiches also. Although there are only 10 seats, there are plenty of extra seating areas on the cozy boat. We had 19 guests with us. Captain Dave and first Mate Michelle were great hosts. We hooked up our phone to their Bluetooth speaker to play all our favorite songs. Many customers on the boat were clearly frequent users of Middlebank Sport Fishing. Nick and Max knew many by their first names and everyone was truly friendly. I did, but I should not have. boat motor they sold us was inoperable weeks after the purchase. Spent time in the shop summer '24, all spring of '25. they insisted they were doing us a favor and put a 14 year old motor on our boat for another $2500. That motor worked temporarily but now that i brought it to a real mechanic after issues, he informed me the computer in the motor is shot and thats why the issues exist. So they sold me a second garbage motor and told us they were doing us a favor. Over 2 grand in repairs a year after they did the work.
