Nightmare experience with this company. They are not knowledgeable about plants at all and…read morerecommended me a ton of invasive plants that I had no clue of until 4-8 months later I was able to realize the catastrophic damage they have caused. I trusted them and asked for their recommendation and support to plant low maintenance succulents that won't involve much effort. The list of what they did wrong has mounted as time as passed. Majority of the plants that they installed are off shooting and budding in all different areas around the yard. Popping up everywhere lifting the black netting under the rocks. They have a root system that is invasive and they planted plants so close together without realizing how they will overgrow each other. They planted plants who offshoot inches to multiple feet away from where the plant is and start growing in another location halfway across my yard. They planted plants that grow way too large for the space they gave them and they planted plants so close together that once they grew, they quadrupled in size at this point, and now they are on top of each other. They planted plants that offshoot off each other and multiply at the route, causing them to look horrendous and grow out of proportion and springing up all over the yard. They caused such damage with their negligence it's insane! It is going to cost me a fortune to remedy this and I have to do it now before it gets out of control and my whole yard has to be dug out. They also did not properly treat the ground and they did not properly lay the right underlayment properly and missed many areas. They also did not properly pull out and remove former plants at the root so now old plants are growing underneath the new plants. I reached out and sent them half a dozen videos of what happened showing them the incompetence of the recommendations that were made and articles showing that these plants are not recommended at all in the settings they did for me and the damage they already have caused. They are the specialist, you don't go to a doctor and tell the doctor what to do, you trust that that is their job and they know their plants and make recommendations based on your needs and the HOA being manicured. They charged me a bloody fortune thousands and thousands of dollars that now I have an invasive mess in my yard that is going to cost even more to remedy and remove the root systems of these invasive plans they should never have planted. These plants are even growing under my slab and literally many feet away from their original plant. I know that they did not properly treat the ground for weeds because when I had asked them if they could help with resodding my backyard and help address the weeds as part of the job they gave me a different protocol for that which I realized they didn't do it all to the front yard. My yard looks like an out of control jungle. It took me four hours this past weekend to remove a lot of the offshoots. I hurt my back and could not move for days. I even have text messages where I specifically shared what I needed for these plants to encompass, and what they recommended grew to not be that. I gave them the opportunity to fix this and they did not respond back to me. I would caution you to take their advice, they are not real landscaping professionals that actually know their plants and care about their customers outcome after they get their money.

If I went ahead with the project, I believe I would have given Corey 5 stars. We brainstormed…read moreabout a landscape installation in 2 parts of my yard. There were several parts to the project - removing rhizomes, removing aggressive groundcover, assessing a huge cactus that cracked its pot, adding rocks and succulents, etc. Corey presented solutions and great ways to enhance the garden. When he talked about using cement edges, we'd never considered it but love the idea. So, after speaking with Corey, an experienced arborist, why didn't we go ahead? Because my husband and I realized that the plan would've required us to commit to weeding often. We designed the rock/succulent garden but after remembering how we have to weed in the rock area on our property, we put the project on hold. Yes, I'm keeping Dynasty Tree Service's info nearby to use when our tree needs pruning again. While we decided not to proceed on the project for which I reached out to Dynasty, I know there'll be other projects to do, and look forward to speaking with Corey and getting excited by all his great ideas!

After…read morerealizing we had some privacy issues with a set of neighbors, we decided to DIY a clusia wall. We priced shopped many places in Broward and considered ordering/installing from one of the nurseries in South Dade. 5 stars - hedge and tree selection was GREAT. Not only did we get some very nice sized healthy clusia plants, we've gotten some other nice starter trees, plants and bushes there over the past 3 years of our DYI endeavor. 4.5 stars - pricing for Broward was GREAT. Obviously cheaper prices may be in South Dade but we would have had to rent a truck or have the plants delivered/installed. Buying here was worth it for sure since we budgeted to purchase a few plants at a time and installed them ourselves. 5 - so far the customer service for me and my husband was GREAT every visit. They are a working landscaping company and we encountered many landscaping companies making purchases and they treated our relatively "small" purchases no differently. It's been a couple of years from our first round of clusia plants and they are thick lush and lovely, just like they told us they would be! Too bad they aren't sound barriers, too. o_O
