You can't make this up. Lol

I've been here about 3 times. This store is so sketch. The prices are ridiculous at $2.99 for records and compact discs (cds). Mostly tacky ceramics and knick knacks. Halloween items were skimpy. The kicker is the sign in the women's bathroom where normally used mentrual products are disposed of. I had to take a picture because it was hilarious. Sorry, I wasted 30 minutes of my life looking around. There is no mention of senior discount or sign either. Has this been discontinued?

    Savers Exchange Policy

The security guards are lovely & the prices are fairly decent but I had a very unpleasant & unnecessary experience because of Maggie (manager* with gray hair). On 6/1/24 at 10:15am, I went to make exchanges from a recent purchase. They don't have fitting rooms or returns so my options were to waste money or exchange the stuff that didn't fit. I let the security guard know why I was there & headed over to the registers. Maggie's (manager* with gray hair) immediate response was "we do exchanges?..." My immediate thought was oh- maybe she's having a rough shift/day but the store had opened 15 minutes ago. I explained how to my understanding, I was eligible for a same day store credit because it was within the 14 days. I asked if she wanted to see the receipt which explains their exchange policy (I'll include a picture) and she refused. Then she told me that I needed to find the new items first. Given the bag of already-bought Savers clothes in my hand, I asked her if she could let me know how much said store credit would be. She said no. I said okay, I can go do the math in my car & she questioned whether I still wanted to make the exchanges. I repeated that I needed to figure out the store credit amount & put my purchased items in my car. I would have felt uncomfortable shopping with my already purchased items in the cart so it made the most sense to me to do the math & just leave them in the car. Fast forward to checkout, with my new finds only. The same security guard (the sweetest) let me leave my cart by him so I could go get the exchanges from my car. The cashier was lovely and when I told her that I had exchanges, she knew the drill! The cashier had to flag a manger* down because there was some sort of exchange code to be put in. Shockingly, said manager* was Maggie who obviously recognized me. She did not make eye contact with me as she easily punched in the code. It was baffling that she acted like she wasn't the one who gave me a tough time earlier. To this day, I still do not understand why she questioned my initial exchange request if she's seemingly a manager. Maggie almost made me want to crawl out of my skin & I'm not sure why she put more energy into trying to argue than doing her job.

$130 for a used one Lmao Look at the new one on line

The prices are way to high for used items. And they don't seem to even care. I'm not sure who's in charge but this is a company trying to take advantage of the public based off their past management. This place is an embarrassment!!!

What can I say about savers? In terms of reliability and efficiency, Savers is rivaled perhaps only but the surly attendant at the nearby gas station who does little to hide her disdain for me by her rapid and almost mechanical way she checks me out. Let me put it another way: When it comes to other thrift stores, let's just say I harvest some Ill-Will towards every store not named Savers.

Very high prices, rude staff, no cashiers. False advertising at the door. I won't be back.

The customer service was horrible, very rude. One lady shoved my friend out of the way when she asked for help.

Very expensive for a thrift store. Most sweaters were over 10.00 when goodwill offers sweaters from 4-7 dollars.

The clothes are actually organized and in better condition than garage sales or other thrift stores.

I have purchased clothing, several coats and jackets and kitchenwares. And I've loved all purchases in the past. The last two visits were not great. Employees have been focused on tasks and talking amongst themselves. Little interaction with customers and giving off that annoyed reaction. In retail, it's beneficial to be friendly to customers. These customers return again and again. Today I came into the store with some clothing to consign. When I walked in, I was greeted with a snear from an employee and a "Do you have an appointment?" greeting. Not "Hello" or some other welcoming greeting. I did not have an appointment and didn't know this new rule. She could have them stated that they now only accept consignments on Thursdays and Saturdays by appointment. (Today is a Thursday btw). Making a customer feel inconvenienced or just being rude makes Turnstyle look bad. I'm disappointed that my fav store has changed. I no longer recommend.

Typical Turn Style (in a good way!) Came here today for the…read morefirst time. I frequent some other Turn Style locations closer to me, but have driven by this place several times so I checked it out. This location has a lot of women's clothes, and that's about it. Great if that's what you're there for, but good to keep in mind. Decent wall/art section, and a few pieces of furniture. Happy to see there was a designated women's plus size section- more organized and inclusive for shoppers! A few dressing rooms were open. Some really fun and quirky finds in the home and glassware section! If you are looking for Coldwater creek, J crew, Talbots, and similar business casual brands and clothes, this is a great place to do it. I found a super warm Eddie Bauer base layer for skiing, blue corduroy Gap skirt, and Banana Republic corduroy tailored pants, all fit like a glove! A lot of solid pieces and brands here. A lot of clothes for adult professionals/more preppy stuff overall here. If you like the newest modern fashion, this probably isn't your market. I liked it and would definitely return! Social distancing measures and directions in place, staff and patrons wore masks.
