The rest of the phone was working and I could hear text messages coming through and it was ringing so I figured it just needed a new screen. I brought it in and they told me it would take 5 hours and to come back and it would be fixed. They also asked for my password for the phone and I gave it to them. After 5 hours I went back to get my phone but it was all in pieces and they said it probably will not be able to be fixed but they would order a part and contact me next week. 2 days later, I get an email from my bank that fraudulent active was suspected. When I signed into my account, I see multiple credit and debit card transactions that I did not make and they managed to take all of my money. I went to the bank to get a new card and start a fraud case. I then went to get my phone and I picked it up in pieces and confronted them regarding the online bank orders placed with my card and of course they denied it. I gave one star as there are no options to rate them any lower than that. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone and I hope me writing this review will stop them from doing this to anyone else.

Proper foot wear is going to cost you. But then again, products and service costs are up everywhere in all industries. Bite the bullet. Come have your feet pampered. Being a life-long diabetic, I can't express enough how important foot care is. Mrs. E and I received a thorough, professional measurement. We had a semi-lengthy discussion on our lifestyle and how we would be using our footwear. Hiking? Running? Casual strolling? etc. We then tried on three or four different styles of boot before settling on our investment. I'm still floored over the time and meticulous nature in which they assisted us in arriving at the perfect boot for each of us. I can justify the cost in a purchase like this. With proper care, these boots will last us several years, thus making the cost lower over time. An investment. 09/22

Even then I didn't know but there is a way to speak to people, times are rough now and kindness goes a long way. "I then said no problem, I wanted to know just in case I should order for tomorrow then. She said "our busy time is right now so if you leave that would be great, thanks."
