(I had let him know I struggled with my hair sitting flat) I would definitely come back!! For anyone looking to book here that doesn't speak Japanese, I would advise you make sure you have clear reference photos of the type of cut you want--preferably from multiple angles. Because of that, I skipped washing my hair at home. My scalp tends to get oily quickly, even after two days of washing. At the appointment, she only shampooed the ends of my hair and skipped the roots and scalp. After the cut, she styled just the bangs and lightly blow-dried the rest. She did ask how I wanted my hair and I showed her pictures, saying I preferred it straight, but it was left unfinished. It felt like she was in a hurry. In other salons, they usually spend good time washing and conditioning properly, but here it was done in just a minute. The appointment was scheduled for an hour but was finished in about 20 minutes. The haircut itself was good -- she gave me exactly the type of cut I asked for. However, I was disappointed with the wash and styling part. After leaving the salon, my scalp still felt oily and the roots sticky.
