They often have local honey, and other local produce available at the front of the store. They also have a barrel which they fill with things for the local mission. The owner of Fitch's, Mr. Fitch himself, is a wonderful man, and is absolutely worthy of the highest praise as he is one of the pillars of Wilmore. The store was busy with last minute shoppers and it was far too many for my liking, so I decided to checkout. Although the lines were long, the cashier monitoring the self checkout station was friendly and offered to check out my item to speed up the process. I really appreciated his initiative.
