I do feel that some of them that work there don't care for their job and I always say if you don't like to work with the public, you might wanna find something else because customer service is a big thing when you work with the public and if you don't like people, I work with them. For the pickup, my only problem was finding the pickup spot (it's behind the pharmacy pickup window....on the south wall of the building); the clerk delivered the bags to my car and gave me a receipt clearly denoting what was there and what was out of stock. Good service! Only added cost would have been approx $5 but waived for first few orders. For the delivery, the system sent me status when the picking began, updated on every item not in stock and offered substitutes for my response. Actual delivery was within 15 minutes of my request and very pleasant delivery person. Only added cost was approx $9 for pick and deliver. These are two excellent services and others should try....especially if you're ill, homebound, or if you're trapped in a pandemic!
