I don't see many Target stores attached to a mall, but it's a good thing to do it. The store is a good size and probably serves the population well. There is a Carsons store at the other end of the mall, Sam's Club is close, and I'm sure Walmart isn't far--is it ever? Target has better merchandise, as you might expect for the higher prices. The Archer Farms food is a bit better for quality and taste, and the Market Pantry items have good prices. That's typical across the chain. I only spoke with one employee but she was ready to help, and it looked like everyone was doing their best.

When she finally pulled herself away and came over she immediately got an attitude with me, I explained I was wanting to know the price, she said "One million dollars" and laughed like it was a big joke. She then said "I'll have to Look it up" very rudely, she went over and was muttering to the cashier, I had enough, I walked over she told me " you need to walk away " I thought I didn't hear that and she said " I said you need to walk away" this is how you treat paying customers? I texted my wife who was still shopping and told her what happened, she came up to checkout and she was bad mouthing me to the cashier where my wife and other customers could hear, calling me a stupid racist. My wife is black and my children are biracial. I spoke to a young gentleman and he told me they don't have a store manager any longer??? The selection of wares from which to choose is outstanding; it is amazing how many items are available in their inventory. Purchased a hand bag from the Webb's Hallmark shop in Kokomo, IN. on 12/22/2017. It was a gift…read more I returned it withing 2 HOURS of it leaving the store and the sales person would not take it back even with a receipt in hand. This is completely against Hallmark's refund policy. It states that you can return an item for any reason within 90 days with a receipt. She refused to take the item back or even exchange it. I showed her the receipt. I paid cash for this item. What is going on in that store?
