The people of Celia Dunn were nothing but gregarious and gracious. I lived in a house they managed for two years. Paying rent was easy and stress-free, I never had any creepy run-ins with owners waltzing in, and the people in the office were absolutely great! The one time I had a problem (smoke detector was placed in a weird spot above a stair case so it was near impossible to reach without risking a hospital visit) they sent someone out the next day to put a new one in. I was in a situation where I wanted to buy something and every time I thought I found something I would get outbid or I wouldn't get calls back from the listing agents. I was at wits end. Then I called on a place and was so beaten down and actually got an answer -- Peter Nelson in an upbeat positive helpful tone saying " hello what can I do for you". I was stunned. I explained the situation and he was on top of it. he said " I GET IT". and BOOM. I had an offer on the place that I was hoping for and was outbid. I didn't buy a million dollar home but maybe one day I will. Most importantly he made it possible for me to be in my version of my priceless paradise and I am so happy. I sit on my screen porch and listen to the sounds of the marsh and the fresh breezes and watch the sunrise and sunset with a smile regardless of what is going on in the outside world.
