From the first meeting until closing, it was evident that his experience, negotiation skills, scope of knowledge, attention to detail and responsiveness is on an exceptional level. We were very impressed with his analysis and approach to the marketing and sale of our home. At every opportunity he optimized exposure featuring it in the premium real estate portals. With very short notice he put together a top notch presentation packet for potential buyers to pick up when touring the home, including detailed floor plans and measurements. We appreciated his follow up and communication with other realtors throughout the process. Thomas' scope of knowledge with regard to building and renovation are not impressive, but were of key impact when interacting with our buyer who was looking to renovate and expand areas of the home. His level of service and knowledge, provided to both buyer and seller, are incomparable. My husband and I relocated from South Florida to Savannah for work in August 2019 and found an inexpensive apartment to stay in until we knew more about the area and where we wanted to plant our roots. When the time came to search for our home I scouted local FB pages and was inundated with tons of realtor referrals - how do you pick one out of hundreds?! Boy, was I glad fate brought us together. Christina is impeccable with organization, communication and the ability to really get to know her client's needs. She is extremely knowledgeable with Savannah and surrounding areas including the demographics, schools and comparable sales in the area. We looked at many houses from different areas and price ranges and never felt like we were inconveniencing her based on our uncertainty of what we were actually looking for. She made sure we were a priority and it was more than apparent by her response times and detailed phone calls and messages. Once we found something we loved she acted swiftly and precise to get us the home of our dreams in the price we could comfortably afford. Nothing was left unturned or unanswered. Investors circled like buzzards, offering quick closes, no repairs, and hassle-free cash--but never revealing their predatory contracts or lowball offers for less than half the property's value. That's when I met Aimee Wine. She immediately made me feel I was in the capable hands of a trusted family member. Her approach was both thoughtful and transparent. The commission was fair, and the complimentary staging blew my mind--as did the professionalism of her entire team. What set her apart from every other realtor was her constant presence. She stayed in touch daily--sometimes several times a day--and was never too busy to patiently answer my concerns or clearly explain the process. She was refreshingly direct, always relying on her expertise rather than telling me just what I wanted to hear. Her priority was clear: my best interest. Aimee's pricing was right on target, and within ten days, we were under contract with a full-price backup offer on the table. Her results genuinely speak for themselves. My only regret is not meeting her nine years ago. Instead, I am deeply grateful for the life-changing results she delivered.

He exceeded every expectation from day one. At the time, we were living in Virginia and had only visited the Beaufort/Bluffton area a few times. We shared our priorities with Robert, and he immediately provided valuable insights, recommendations, and resources based on his extensive knowledge of the area. When it came time to tour homes, we had a very limited window to travel. Robert quickly scheduled showings for all the homes we wanted to see and was incredibly flexible with our schedule. After driving down and touring our initial selections, we realized that while they were nice homes, none of them felt quite right. Fortunately, Robert had another property in mind that had just come on the market that day. The moment we walked through the front door, we knew it was the one. Not only did it meet our expectations, but it exceeded them by including several features and amenities we had hoped for but didn't expect to find right away. Having spent the last 17 years renting/living in military housing, we were new to the home-buying process. Robert took the time to explain every step and helped us understand what to expect. We submitted an offer that afternoon and which was excepted within an hour. We were also comparing multiple mortgage lenders to find the best option. Robert recommended a local lender, and although we were initially hesitant because we were unfamiliar with the company, his recommendation proved invaluable. The lender not only beat every competing offer but also handled the process efficiently and professionally without the high pressure tactics we experienced elsewhere. Throughout the entire process, Robert was responsive, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer our questions. We are incredibly grateful for his guidance and expertise. We highly recommend Robert and his team to anyone looking to buy a home in the area, and have recommend them to our family.
