She is organized, on time, communicative, and made strong recommendations during the negotiation process. If you want an advocate who is sharp, well-connected and rooted in the Savannah housing market, Mary Ann and HMG should be your top choice! As a first time home buyer, Mary Ann walked me through the entire process during our initial interview meeting and ensured I was informed during each step after committing to work together. She was happy to get on a call or answer a text with prompt responses with any questions or feedback I had. We batched showings throughout my search with 5-6 properties at a time and even got stuck in a torrential downpour, but that didn't stop us! Mary Ann made excellent referrals to local lenders, inspectors, and trade professionals who also provided their expertise. I felt comfortable and calm throughout the entire process. While I was under contract for one home, the inspection was sub-par and Mary Ann helped me back out of the deal and pivot to continue looking. Although I was discouraged, she was confident I would find exactly what I was looking for! Her supporting agent Grace also took over while Mary Ann was traveling - Grace was prompt and thorough with documents for each showing we did together for a seamless continuation of my search in Mary Ann's absence. The HMG closing team was spectacular and was incredibly collaborative with my lender. The entire process was as stress-free as possible and I am grateful to have had a smooth experience! THANK YOU HMG!

Investors circled like buzzards, offering quick closes, no repairs, and hassle-free cash--but never revealing their predatory contracts or lowball offers for less than half the property's value. That's when I met Aimee Wine. She immediately made me feel I was in the capable hands of a trusted family member. Her approach was both thoughtful and transparent. The commission was fair, and the complimentary staging blew my mind--as did the professionalism of her entire team. What set her apart from every other realtor was her constant presence. She stayed in touch daily--sometimes several times a day--and was never too busy to patiently answer my concerns or clearly explain the process. She was refreshingly direct, always relying on her expertise rather than telling me just what I wanted to hear. Her priority was clear: my best interest. Aimee's pricing was right on target, and within ten days, we were under contract with a full-price backup offer on the table. Her results genuinely speak for themselves. My only regret is not meeting her nine years ago. Instead, I am deeply grateful for the life-changing results she delivered.

Jennifer Smith of Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate Legacy, did that for us. During our first long distance phone call she conveyed her knowledge about various properties as well as their surrounding areas. Jen is a true professional and she goes well above and beyond what one would expect. We greatly appreciate her attention to detail, follow-through and expert advice. In fact, she continued to support us even after our closing; something we would not have expected from anyone else, but we know this is typical, as Jen is the consummate professional and truly wants her clients to be happy. Jen is very personable which makes dealing with her easy and a pleasure. Most of our conversations transpired via email and text, but the moment a situation arose that was a large area of concern for us, Jen was quick to call, to reassure us not to panic. Also, all text messages and emails that we sent to Jennifer were responded to quickly, most times immediately. This included all hours of the day, 7 days a week. We definitely always felt well represented with Jen as our realtor. At times, it seemed as though she was more than our realtor. She never missed a beat and never steered us wrong--being from out of state, these qualities were immeasurable. Her knowledge is beyond the perfunctory specifications of properties, in addition, she shared nuances about community development, history of the area and overall "fit".
