He came in on a Sunday to unlocked the steering wheel by replacing the ignition lock…read more Next day my husband drove the car which overheated and steering was all over the place. It's an old 2000 jeep with 233000 miles. He came back and bled out the coolant system that was empty, replaced a valve cover. Then worked on the steering system and said it had to be aligned. I had doubts because the vehicle was unsteerable. He waved the the charges on that. I felt bad for that but took a last ditch chance on getting the alignment done. The diagnosis said they can't even believe he did the work due to as lol the rust under the vehicle and deemed that that the vehicle is no longer safe to drive. There is an other issue which does not Devion's work.

We were visiting the Cape for a Wedding weekend and had a "fuel dangerously low" message pop up on…read moreour vehicle about 30 minutes away before booking into our hotel in Chatham, MA on day 1. We had been driving about 5+ hours from New Jersey so getting that message was extremely unsettling being so far away from home..what a way to start our trip! We drive a BMW X6, and after calling several mechanics in the area in desperate need of a last minute oil change, we quickly learned that not many places will work on (or have the filters on hand for) European vehicles. We were lucky to find CJ and MB-Tek via Google search, who managed to fit us in the same day. Even though he was fully booked during business hours, CJ understood that our issue was time-sensitive and drove to our hotel after-hours to fill us with 2 quarts of synthetic oil just to get the truck into driving condition. We then were fortunate enough that MB-Tek offers door-to-door service, and he took the truck back to the shop for a full oil change. We felt very comfortable with the entire process, as all of our communication was via email, complete with invoice detail and backup for all of the work CJ did on the truck. All in all the process took about 2 hours which allowed us to have peace of mind and tend to all of our wedding party responsibilities that day, knowing our truck was in good care. CJ truly saved us and we couldn't be more grateful for his kindness! Not everyone will take time out of their weekend after their shift to help a complete stranger. Not only is MB-Tek professional providing quality service, but good and caring people who put their customers first! Highly recommend - thank you again CJ!

It was always an "adventure" to drive (I never knew how far I'd get), but Alex kept me going until it was time to change the engine out about 8 years ago. While it was there, he replaced the tent top because he had an extra one that he gifted me. Since Alex replaced the engine, it's run flawlessly. Over time, he's replaced just about everything mechanically and it's held up over time. My bus remains a joy to drive! Alex and his wife Kristen have always been wonderful in the way that they run their business. They always advise me ahead of time if the bill may run higher than expected- there have never been any surprises.
