We had been driving about 5+ hours from New Jersey so getting that message was extremely unsettling being so far away from home..what a way to start our trip! We drive a BMW X6, and after calling several mechanics in the area in desperate need of a last minute oil change, we quickly learned that not many places will work on (or have the filters on hand for) European vehicles. We were lucky to find CJ and MB-Tek via Google search, who managed to fit us in the same day. Even though he was fully booked during business hours, CJ understood that our issue was time-sensitive and drove to our hotel after-hours to fill us with 2 quarts of synthetic oil just to get the truck into driving condition. We then were fortunate enough that MB-Tek offers door-to-door service, and he took the truck back to the shop for a full oil change. We felt very comfortable with the entire process, as all of our communication was via email, complete with invoice detail and backup for all of the work CJ did on the truck. All in all the process took about 2 hours which allowed us to have peace of mind and tend to all of our wedding party responsibilities that day, knowing our truck was in good care. CJ truly saved us and we couldn't be more grateful for his kindness! Not everyone will take time out of their weekend after their shift to help a complete stranger. It's an old 2000 jeep with 233000 miles. He came back and bled out the coolant system that was empty, replaced a valve cover. Then worked on the steering system and said it had to be aligned. I had doubts because the vehicle was unsteerable. He waved the the charges on that. I felt bad for that but took a last ditch chance on getting the alignment done. The diagnosis said they can't even believe he did the work due to as lol the rust under the vehicle and deemed that that the vehicle is no longer safe to drive. There is an other issue which does not Devion's work.

I decided to leave early, without him, so that the shop had more than adequate time for my service and inspection. While I was waiting for him the mechanic and then the owner approached me multiple times.Each time was intimidating and recommending services (or declining ones that I had requested such as tire rotation) to add money to the bill. I was treated in a very derogatory manner as a woman. As soon as I let them know that my husband was a regular who had been there multiple times before and as he arrived the assault stopped. I am a strong, professional, educated woman. I was reduced to near tears by their treatment. I would never in good conscience recommend them again.
