Came to Saturn out of desperation in need of a new router, one that could change the MAC address.
I asked one employee that was working IN the router department/section, about the available routers that have this feature, and was promptly informed that it was not possible with any of the routers in the store.
I later found out that he was completely wrong, that in fact, even the cheapest model had the feature i needed, was in stock, and even on sale!
I decided to test the Saturn clerks, and asked another clerk. He also didn't know about this feature, nor what it was really, just completely baffled at my question. Even worse, none of the clerks knew how to look up functionality of devices, which is as simple as looking at the manual, online or in the box. This has not been the first time that completely challenged personal tried to give technical advice.
Overall, i wouldn't be back unless I had to. out of desperation. read more
