We ordered a Pc less than 2 years ago, the motherboard for over 300€ was broken from the beginning. Black screen, blue screen, in the end (after 1 year) the Pc didnt turned on anymore. We send the Pc back as it was still under guarantee, the grafic card was packed in separately, but the Pc was full of dust so they told us because of that the guarantee is not working anymore. Dont order PCs here, they are bad quality and than they dont repair them even if the Pc is under guarantee. And we had to pay the delivery back ( for 44 €) for a broken PC worth 3.000 € ourself to. Otherwise they would have kept it. So dont send back in your PC even if your guarantee is still valid, as they fool you. The best is to buy the Pc somwhere else, if you dont want to risk a broken mainboard and then respend the money for it even if still under guarantee. read more

Kann von dem Wartungsdienst der CLS nur abraten. Ich habe hier 350 Euros und einiges an Zeit für den Wechsel eines 3/4 Bildschirms meines iPad Pros zum Fenster rausgeworfen. Warum 3/4? Weil bei ein 1/4 des ausgetauschten Bildschirms die Touch-Funktion nicht funktioniert, wie man dem Video gut entnehmen kann. Dies wurde wenige Tage nach Abholung des Geräts genau so mitgeteilt. Da ich danach jedoch in's Ausland weitergereist bin weigern sich Max Klotz und der Inhaber und Geschäftsführer Dewan Shafiqul Islam den Schaden zu beheben, anstatt dessen wollen sie zum zweiten Mal abkassieren für Ihre fehlerhafte Reparatur. read more
