My 9-year-old always gets the Bambino cut for $30 -- that's what I booked for his birthday. His favorite barber, Rich (who was great), apparently quit and we were rescheduled with someone new without a single heads-up. I almost walked out. I didn't, and I regret it. The haircut was just...fine. But when I went to pay I was absolutely stunned to see $60 on the bill -- DOUBLE what I always pay -- with ZERO explanation, ZERO warning, and ZERO transparency. That is flat-out dishonest. If there was an extra fee for a design, tell me up front. Don't blindside a parent in the middle of their child's birthday week. We left feeling used and furious. I will be telling my friends, other parents, and anyone who'll listen -- word-of-mouth spreads fast, and they should be ashamed of this bait-and-switch. We will never set foot in that shop again. Btw he didn't even receive all of those services.. THEFT
