Really nice facility…read more Huge aquatic centre with two large pools, one for casual playing in the water, and one dedicated to diving and lanes. There are two hot tubs as well, and also a waterslide and a kids play pool. Strangely, no sauna or steam room, which is strange because the place is huge and has about everything else. Good sized fitness rooms (two levels) with a standard assortment of free weights, racks, benches and machines, and a smattering of bikes and rowing machines and treadmills. Layout is a bit awkward and poorly thought out, but really that's a first world problem because the place is well equipped. There is an indoor walking /running track and a gymnasium, both of which I had a glance at and looked nice, but which I did not actually use. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good place, overall.

I come here on a bi-weekly basis to watch my boyfriend play rec hockey so I usually get a drink…read morewhile I'm watching and sometimes food too depending on that time. I quite like their poutines; it's more on the salty side which I like and the portion fits the price but I always have left over cause it's still a big one Tonight, I tried their boneless chicken poutine which is essentially Buffalo chicken on poutine. I kinda wish they named it that so people would know what flavour to expect. Tbh, I thought it was going to be plain crispy chicken bites so the Buffalo sauce part threw me off. It still tastes good but I wasn't in the mood for hot sauce. I did ask the cashier what type the boneless chicken were and she did say it's like the boneless wings but since I never had their wings, I didn't realize it was Buffalo flavoured. Since it is at a hockey rink, the floor is quite cold so the food gets cold much quicker too which is a downside but I get great view of the hockey games and the service is always friendly. Overall, I enjoy coming here for food and to watch the games!
