This was on a Sunday, there were no staff there to help me. so I lost my seven quid and my soap powder wasted in the dispenser,. I got home and phoned the landline number on their website, and actually got through to I think it's the person who runs the laundrette, he said they will refund my money,on the next Saturday, so, lets see if that happens , I'm going in tomorrow to get my refund. However, I have been back and used the smaller £6 machine, 20min wash, this was working. I think if I have to use this laundrette again I will stick to the £6 machine. By the way, the guy I spoke to did explain that some pound coins aren't recognised by the machine, and that I should have put another pound in,that would have meant that i would have put in £8 , not £7.
