If I could give zero stars, I would My father passed away…read moreand these people have taken advantage of me. You know they charge by the hour. They charge me for phone calls because they were unclear and did that on purpose to confuse me. The initial consultation took an hour and 15 minutes, which the attorney continued to rabbleling on about a mistake that was made by the courts, they made a mistake on the address of one of the beneficiaries and did not resend the envelope .If you are grieving from the loss of a loved one, DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!!. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR VULNERABILITY!!!!!!

I have talked to several probate attorneys and they have said it is expected and should not have to…read moreeven be asked for. All of them have said that, what is more is local attorneys that know of staker law do not appear to like them much. There are additional issues, among them papers that are suppose to be provided by law are not. There are other issues that apparently kevin is not aware of. The estate that we are speaking of was my father's, which he had told me from the start he was doing all of it so I would have a large estate. In addition it is not just what I mentioned there are violations of state law going on that are going to be addressed one way of the other, do not fool yourself mr. staker. You do not know this as I do. I can't give it a minus 0, if I could I would. In addition, my dad did not trust attorneys because he said most of them he felt were not honest. I would bet, if I were to do that, that you did not know that as you don't know much about what it going on. I also have now a constant problem with someone causing problems with my computers and internet, I certainly hope you have nothing to do with it. In additon to all of this, they say they have not received letters sent to them even when they are sent certified mail. Not just myself but other relatives are having the same issue with staker law. On the other hand people that may have influence on individuals involved have serious criminal records, but staker law does not seem to think that is a problem. They also don't seem to know that by law they are required to notify the beneficiaries and they don't. It states that in the instrument, the will, and it is required by state law. They not doing what they are suppose to do. One of staker's assistants does not seem to think that is important, that is the will, the law, or the named beneficiaries. Those, just those issues are violations, and there are many issues. They say they will get in touch, but they never do. Do not be fooled, this is not a good firm. Some of the issues are felonies, how I know is I looked it up. But staker law does not seem to think that is a problem.
