We learned during our private cultural tour that in order to transport certain flowers to another country the bag needs to include a mandatory certification seal. Only a few shops had these seals for the Tulips, but we found two places and purchased Tulip bulbs for 8€ from one of the vendors who removed them from a cooler. Beware that this market area gets extremely busy with tourists so get there early at opening.

The vibrant colors makes you forget just how cold it is on a winter day. You can buy fresh flowers, seeds, bulbs, and stuff for your garden. As much as I would have loved to grab something from here to take home, it would've gotten confiscated at the airport anyway and even if we're allowed to bring seeds and bulbs back home, there's no way it would survive Vegas heat. I made the mistake of not looking at their address and the next day spent an hour wandering Amsterdam till I remembered they were off a major city square and thankfully found them again. I can safely say that they truly are a unique shop as I think I looked at most of the souvenir shops in Amsterdam trying to find this one again.
