From start to finish I had a Horrible Experience!…read moreIt started in 2017 & didn't end until 2024 just to turn around & go to my New Dentist & have all 6 Front Crowns redone! The 1st Bridge didn't take to 1of the Implants! Then the next model was slatted & was doing damage to my bottom teeth! I asked for straight front teeth & that is when it really started at that office! They didn't even bother to make a temporary model for what I wanted, instead went right to the final! After years of continuing to plead with Dr. Heller he decided to use another lab! Thinking this would finally fix my problems! I went to visit that lab which I had to pay out of pocket to do so! At that lab she couldn't even believe that they would put that final product in my mouth! Also came to find from her that the lab could only do what Dr. Heller would allow her to do to my mouth! Terrible care for a patient! Last visit I won't forget! I asked him not to put his final product in my mouth & to just put the temporary back in my mouth! His reply was you're not going to "tell me what to do" and proceeded to put the final in my mouth saying I am not going to be liable! That office should have been liable for getting it right at any cost for what I had to go through for all those years! As for the office experience that wasn't any better! So much more could be told about how Terrible of an Experience it was...Hopefully this can help someone not make the wrong choice of choosing this Dentist Office! I went in scared to death that a small growth in my mouth was cancerous. When I went in they could…read moretell I was very nervous and upset but they were all gentle and comforting. Dr. Terry Olejko came in to take a look and stated what he thought it was which would not be cancerous. He then asked if I would like for them to do a biopsy since I was already in the office. Sure! I was taken into another room and the whole thing took less than 10 mins. The staff is amazing with comfort and care. They explained the insurance part and I was able to go back to work. They called me to make sure I was doing ok and advised if I had any issues with the sutures or the site of biopsy, to give them a call. They called 3 days later and stated it was confirmed by OSU that it was exactly what the Dr Olejko thought it was.....not cancerous! What a huge relief. I would recommend him to anyone needing teeth pulled or any other oral health issues beyond a dentist.

I was billed a $25 "broken appointment fee" - despite providing the advanced notice. The explanation, which you will not find by ANY search of the website... was that they *really*needed 48 hours. Solid Yelp reviews, super friendly when scheduling and I had no issues with my appointment. They even called and offered sooner dates when they were available. This was already a hundred times better than the few dental offices I worked with closer to home. Heck, before I even arrived I was already pleasantly surprised. Next, the office is absolutely beautiful. I loved the giant saltwater fish tank in the lobby and the jams they had playing were my favorite. I hadn't even opened my mouth yet and I was happy. My dental hygienist was super sweet, attentive, and informative. I especially liked how she walked me through my xrays tooth by tooth. I've never felt so informed. They had televisions to watch during cleanings but I opted for my favorite crime podcast and popped in my headphones. After my cleaning, we discussed my concerns and set a few plans in place to get what I want. My parents spent a lot of money on my smile when I was younger and I want to make sure to keep up with it. I came on my first visit I was completely impressed by the atmosphere, they even have charges for your cell phone if you need it. I sat down in the lady kept asking me if I have insurance, I informed her that I did but she keep asking as if she didn't believe me. Then Kelly took very through x-rays and she knows how to put you at ease as if you are at Disney world. The people here are great, but some rough patches with communication. It was discovered that I needed a lot of work done, including a root canal, which I feared would be the case. So I set an appointment to get this done, but I set an earlier appointment to get the crown done, so that I wouldn't lose the filling I had from A previous time. So when I can to the appointment, the lady said okay, I understand we are doing a root canal, and clean the left side of your mouth. and was confused because I was there for something completely different, I think one of the things that should be done is have something written out which plan of action is being taken at each appointment, so their is no confusion, especially in cases when their is a lot of work to be done. They made it work with my insurance, that is the thing that I am most grateful about this place, Dr Papp is legendary, I have a maybe a handful of dentist in my life, and from my experience, he is truly, a cut above the rest. when I went to my 4th appointment, the root canal that final got done, was a supper-smooth process, he dialogs great with customers, and he is world class. If you get a choice I would go With "big papa!" That's what I call him in my head. This location doesn't discuss preventive care much with patients, so it is important to make sure you ask them, to keep the work they do intact. If you make an appointment, they will not leave you in the dark, the with email you and text you often to remind you, so they have great follow-up, But If you can't make an appointment let them know because they have a big customer base They bake cookies fresh every day so they definitely make an effort, to make a great atmosphere, But just a few things to work out.
