I inquired if I could change the appointment time, and the owner texted to inform me how busy she is, and that my appointment was cancelled. I guess this was some sort of 'punishment' for asking a question? I would have been happy to keep the original appointment time, but I wasn't given that option. It was odd from the start; I called and left a voicemail asking to speak with the owner, just to check if she has a non-slip surface my dog can stand on during the grooming. She wouldn't speak with me on the phone, only text. She refused to even address the question I asked in the voicemail. Overall, this was a terrible experience. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I've never seen a professional business operate so poorly, and treat customers with such disrespect. Added after business owner's comment: I would never in my life do any of the behavior the owner mentioned. This is a complete lie. She was frustrated because I asked if it would be ok to change my appointment time, so she cancelled my appointment. It was very rude. I've only left one other review on Yelp for exceptional service with a different business. I only left the review for Julie's business because I was treated so poorly.
