I have yet to even have the services completed and I've found that I've already spent $300+ ...not to mention the actual photo purchase packages seem ridiculously priced Although Leila seems friendly and her work showcased online seems to be legit, I've been kind of disappointed with the delayed communication in regards to booking a session time and answering my questions, however, I am still excited to go through with the shoot and I hope that it's all worth it. Malie seemed to be sweet and accommodating when I first met her, however, it seems to have been all…read morean act as she is a 1 act pony. Malie does not follow through on promises and is defensive and reckless when mistakes are made instead of sympathetic and eager to please. To be in a service industry, I find this to be her most disturbing trait. When we decided to go through with her, she promised a "welcome gift" and beer for my husband during out engagement shoot. Both never happened. I had to remind her of the welcome gift twice before a small booklet was sent to me. No beer for my husband. But i let it go since the engagement shoot turned out satisfactory. Cut to the wedding. She cancelled on my twice for phone calls only to finally tell me 2 days before my wedding her second shooter could not make it, the second shooter i had already paid for. she was scrambling telling me this and talked in circles, but what was i supposed to do. she instead brought her husband who clearly did not seem happy or eager to help her. his pictures turned out pixelated and they did not work well as a team. she spent way to much time taking family protraits leaving little to no time for pics of my husband and i, which i specifically asked her to do the opposite. from the second she started the to moment she ended, she seemed frazzled and unorganized. multiple ppl at my wedding said they felt bad for her bc she seemed so overwhelmed and not put together. she had no plan, clearly did not think about places to shoot, or had her camera and lighting ready. the thing that dissappointed me most is the fact that she never addressed any of my concerns and only acted in defence and passive aggressiveness. i work in customer service industry and would never treat a client the way she treated me. if you have 4 hours to pose on a sunny day outside, Malie might do a decent job for you. but if you expect candid photos that capture you love and an experienced photographer that can rise to any occasion, look elsewhere.

If you aren't sure there is room in your budget for a videographer, make room and then hire Lovell Productions! Sarah and Justin are simply the absolute best to work with. Since we planned most of the wedding from out of state, the first time we met Sarah and Justin was our wedding day. Maybe that would make some people nervous, the few emails we exchanged in the months before the wedding made me know it wasn't necessary--they were just as excited to capture the day as we were to have them there. The moment they walked in it was just comfortable, even with a camera angled at us! Throughout the day, I can remember thinking that Sarah and Justin made such a great team, consulting on different angles and views, making sure they had this shot and that shot. They are the definition of knowing you are in great, extremely talented hands. In hiring a videographer you are looking for a story teller, someone to capture every element the way you want it remembered. The moment Justin launched a camera into the sky to capture us walking along the beach at sunset; I knew our video would be nothing short of perfection. When we were looking and talking to different videographers I can remember why we chose The Lovell's, they have such a sweet approach, gorgeous music, breathtaking views of every venue, while still letting the couple shine. But what I didn't have the pleasure of knowing upon booking is how wonderfully cool Sarah and Justin are both as videographers and people.
