The contract expired and no one contacted me. The owner of this company seems to have too many irons in the fire, with multiple businesses and running for county offices. The sign on my property was set back and over grown with weeds. The sign had a mans name I did not know who he was. For some reason because I posted in a community forum to see if any interest in renting it, she felt that meant she was not going to pay attention to selling the land. I did wait for 3 years to see if they gave me a more positive experience before reviewing. If my property has been shown just one time or they communicated at all. I would have gave a better review. I do not recommend this company in any way. I did another review on Google and the response was defensive rather than helpful

This realtor did everything she could to make this the worst experience in purchasing a home I have…read moreever experienced, and this is the 4th home I've purchased. She would drag her feet in responding to my agent, she undermined every attempt to work with the seller to make this a smooth process, when information was asked for she would "drag her feet" to get it to my agent, among other things. It was as if she wanted to do every thing she could to NOT sell this home to us. In the MLS the home was listed as having a well and a septic system when in reality it is actually a sump pump 6' down on to a spring and a cesspool. Despite all these and more issues with this realtor we still purchased the home. I will do everything I can to make sure everyone knows how unethical and devious this business and realtor is. How Ms. Christian goes out of her way to "do nothing". One excuse she gave for not being able to get paperwork in to sign was because Ms. Christian does not know how to scan documents for signing. How do you run a business like that? If it was up to me her license would be revoked.

My wife and I wished to see a listed property near the town of Walsenburg, CO. The ask was $750K…read moreand we would qualify for a VA jumbo loan in that amount. To the best of our knowledge, we were the first to seriously ask to see the property, but the agent and owner demanded a guarantee that BEFORE seeing the property, that any putative buyer would "commit" to buying this property at the asked price, regardless of how it appraised. Again, seeing the property required a commitment to buy at the asking price BEFORE they would show it to "anyone". An investor made that specific commitment, saw the property, then seems to have reneged on the purchase because the HOA did not want a B&B built within the HOA grounds. The rules of the HOA are public record, so one prospective investor/ buyer made the promise, saw the property and then seemed to back away from their commitment. This could have been due to their failure to research the HOA rules or perhaps the property did not live up to the asking price. I would have no way of knowing without seeing the property. the agent is not very responsive. As a prospective VA buyer with a high ethical standard, I refused to make the commitment to buy until inspections and appraisals are completed - at my expense -- and are appropriate for the quality of the property, especially in this temporary, COVID-related-value-embellishment from the seller's side that, if you recall, property overvaluation was party to the near depression of 2008-09. The seller and her agent at best set up a double standard for seeing the property - at worst, there was an element of discrimination in their actions. The home was pulled from the market at the whim of the seller and the agent went along with this on again, off again policy, seemingly supported by the LLC serving as home to this agent. I understand that agents are obliged to follow the directions of sellers; however, when the envelope of general real estate guidelines are pressed, certainly ethically, possibly in a more legal sense, it is time for the seller's agent to withdraw from that seller. An investor seems to have lied, directly and specifically to see this property near Walsenburg -- upon seeing the property the investor appears to have withdrawn from their commitment to buy, regardless of appraised value. As a veteran depending upon a successful VA appraisal, I will not guarantee - sight unseen -- to pay the asking price regardless of the outcome of a VA appraisal. It might be next to a junk yard and appraise for less than half of the asking price. For all I know, the appealing photos posted online could have omitted holes in floors, missing windows, and a severely cracked foundation. This owner could have "lived in a shoe" for all we really knew. An agent is required to provide counsel to the seller. I refuse to lie and falsely commit to buy a property at a given asking price without determining if the property came close to that asking price. It appears that the investor thought it did not (come close) and then came up with an excuse NOT to buy that could have been found in HOA documentation in the public domain. In essence, they lied to see the property. The property is now off the market after this apparent double standard was pointed out to the agent. Suggest that "caveat emptor" carefully govern working with this agent and her employing firm.

We were extremely pleased with the service and guidance we received during both transactions. Page took the time to help us explore a number of neighborhoods during our search as well as listening to our needs. We took our time and never felt rushed or pushed to look at any property that didn't fit the bill. When we sold our home as part of a relocation, Page was knowledgeable of the market, and enumerated the factors that we should consider in preparing our home for potential buyers. During both the purchase and sale process, Page represented our, not her own, interests in negotiations. All of our calls and questions were addressed in a timely manner and all documents were prepared and delivered efficiently. Negotiations with other agents were done in a forthright manner, without unnecessary delays or gamesmanship. She was also able to refer us to an excellent realtor in our relocation destination. Above all, Page and her assistant, Susan, kept a lively sense of humor during the process without ever sacrificing their professionalism.

The level of service we got was absolutely top-notch and the advice she gave us was supported by multiple sources uncovered by our own research. Corrina took the time to explain the advantages of different units, and she even made several extra calls to help answer our many questions. This is our first time buying any property, and there were a lot of details to consider that could be overwhelming at times (taxes, HOA's reserves and by-laws, property management options, resort fees - the list can be long). We aren't buying a luxury estate; we are just two people who have a budget to think of and are trying to find an opportunity for making some beautiful memories with family in the mountains. The commission on our unit isn't going to be huge, yet Corrina's level of service, response times and the care she put into our search was at the very highest level of service. I think that's the most heart-warming part of our experience working with her - she gives her all no matter where you are looking in terms of property price. We felt thoroughly prepared and confident that we would be able to purchase without any surprises. We know from a few calls made along the way that not everyone buying in this area was as lucky in terms of "surprises" as we have been - it really helps to have a pro at your side! We are so grateful to her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking in the area.
