With such tools, we would possibly lower expenses and allow the buyer to use their own vision of how they might furnish their new home. As mentioned, our family is no longer in the Santa Rosa area. When it came time to do house inspections, the Prosper team took the reins. They set up up the appointments and oversaw the work. Adam's Associate, Sarah Ramirez, was incredible in working through this effort. Both Adam and Sarah kept us well informed all along the way. As we continued to prep the house, we came across what seemed to be big obstacles. Fortunately, Adam and the team had solutions.
