Terri Douglas was the agent who responded to our requests. She set up a viewing for the home we selected and the rest is history. We made offers on 2 homes, the first failed and the second succeeded, but this was no fault of Terri's. She was been very professional throughout our search and she showed us (virtually) several homes. In the end, I would highly recommend Keller Williams, with a special nod to Terri. A key ingredient for a real estate agent is trust, and Terri was very quick to build trust with us. I told Terri I would trust her with our lives. We invested our future in Terri's judgement and we are especially happy with the service she has provided us. I would go with Terri again in a heartbeat. She is the best!!!

My partner and I had decided to move provinces, from Ontario to Nova Scotia, but had no idea where…read moreto live or what neighborhoods to look at, or if we wanted city life vs. country life. After researching online and looking for the best reviews of realtors in the Halifax area, I found Maggie, and I can tell you the reviews do not do her justice. Maggie was beyond patient and very easy to get a hold of; she answered all our questions, no matter when we came up with them or how many we had. She encouraged us to talk with builders, other realtors even, and to do our research so that we were making an informed decision in choosing her and our new location. She made us feel like we were part of her family and that she was doing everything possible to get us the best home for our family's needs. Maggie would send us videos, emails, texts - whatever we needed so that we could find the perfect home. She walked us through every step, which reduced a lot of our stress, especially being so far away. She got us connected to the people we needed to be connected to, she worked hard to make sure we understood all the documents we were signing, and worked with us to ensure our interests were protected before moving forward. Maggie was our first real experience of Halifax and it made us love the city even more. If you're looking for a realtor in HRM, you can't get any better than Maggie MacGillivray and her team. Thank you!
