There have been numerous changes in these policies and a couple claims in our experience. Whether we call, email, text or visit the office, we are always treated professionally yet warm and friendly, competently and quickly and Miss Debbie has done most of our extensive work. This company…read morewas trying to add my daughter on insurance when she does not drive, nor have her permit and will not get one. They are liars, scoundrels, and despicable. People on a fixed income cannot afford to pay that amount. I am have only 1 wreck which was considered a he said she said. I did hit deer twice, but I had 2 vehicles stolen and 2 that were vandalized. I am sick and tired of still paying for what others did. I need a vehicle and cannot afford that high rate of insurance. I have been through so much and to know I am still being victimized by this. I had a vehicle that was hit and the person had no insurance their fault, yet I was responsible for the deductible. I am struggling and to know that there are companies out there willing to price gouge people simply because they feel the need to get away with it, is horrible. I have to have a vehicle. It is very difficult trying to walk 20 miles a day. I am in extreme pain from having to carry groceries miles on end. I just cant catch a break. This company left me on hold for 10 minutes would pick up the phone and put me back on hold. This went on for almost an hour. Then they picked back up and hung up. So what If I snapped and said there was no way I could afford it. Thick as thieves
