When I agreed to pay weekly with them they…read morefailed to tell me it was shared housing, that the home was surveillanced so they watch your every move and listen in on conversations which is illegal. There are rats and roaches in the home, fridge, kitchen, bathroom, and even in the beds making it a problem to cook or get comfortable. They will nitpick with you about something they watched you do on their camera there is no privacy in the home whatsoever. There was man who was staying in the house with women and when they found out he was trying to SA the women they gave him a separate home but evicted other tenants for petty reasons. I was asked to leave because I brought up the issues in the home after they sent me a message saying I could only wash once week even though I work 6 days at a factory that leaves my clothes soaked because their water bill was too high which is their responsibility on the lease. I was not given proper time to find somewhere else to go I was illegally told to turn in my key the same day. Not to mention my children were on the lease and I was told once I got there they weren't allowed there. Please go anywhere else they post on Craigslist for a reason!! Don't fall for it.
