My issue is with the girl who answers the phone. I am not one to constantly call, I would only call about once in 3-4 month periods. Even though I didn't call often, when I did call I felt my questions wouldn't get answered. I always let it go because I even told her once that I understand she probably gets tons of calls and is overwhelmed covering so many cases and different attitudes. This last time though, I mentioned right at the beginning of the call that I had one simple and specific question regarding section 5 of the voucher about computer equipment reimbursement, I even reiterated to her my question was not about what schools accept SJDB voucher and not about how to cover tuition, that I already got tuition paid for. I even told her in the beginning if she didn't know the answer if it was okay for me to call the insurance directly since I was told not to reach out to insurance. I kept getting put on hold and she would come back just to give me answers on what I just said I didn't need answers on, as of she didn't even pay attention to what I said. After over 15 minutes of her giving me answer unrelated to my question, she finally said she didn't have the answer and she never told me not to call the insurer, WHAT!?, Why didn't she just say that at the very beginning of our call. I want to make clear though I am not criticizing her character, I don't think she's bad, as you can tell from my long review I am frustrated at my questions bring ignored. I called the insurance and got a quick and simple answer, for computer equipment reimbursement, I need to fill out page 4 of the voucher and provide receipts of the equipment and course information showing requirements, simple and straight forward and quick answer.
