Unfortunately, the photos speak for themselves. We found obvious dirt and dust everywhere after he said he was done. He did do a great job on the windows, and he came back to fix areas he missed (including some of the ones in these photos), but we continued to find dirty and dusty surfaces the next day. He did give us a discount, but I would have just rather paid him more for a job well done.

I will say if didn't really smell good when they left though. Not bad, just not fresh or pleasant to smell. I also thought the price was a big high for somewhat inconsistent work. Said…read more"team" showed up in a sketchy van, a mom and daughter of sorts who looked like they literally just rolled out of bed, wearing their Sunday-Im doing remodeling in my basement worst. I was confused if they were even the right people, they didnt look like professionals at all. I tried to direct them, ask if they needed help carrying their things in, they seemed bothered that I was speaking to them since they spoke minimal english. Equipment (shop vac & enormous garbage bag of old rags) looked like it was decades old and found at the goodwill. Ok ok not totally discouraged yet. I paid extra for a deep cleaning. They were fast, finishing in 2 hours. Did nit get a deep cleaning, hardly reached a standard cleaning. For ex. mopped the floors but didn't bother to scoot the small couch in the middle of the floor over to get the area underneath. Kitchen cabinet doors left completely untouched. They did a good job cleaning the inside of the fridge, after I pulled everything out for them. But a pitiful excuse for a deep cleaning. If you just need a brief glance over, go for it, if you need a thorough job, go elsewhere for sure. $150 for a deep cleaning of a 3 bed 2 bath house, but they didnt have to clean the bedrooms per our request. Not that they would have accomplished much seeing their service of the other rooms. The women didnt even know what I was supposed to pay them. Le sigh.

However, they…read morehave become less responsive recently, with bills coming months late, after more recent invoices have already been paid. Difficult to contact about this. Then 2 weeks ago, I requested cleaning using the same number I have used to schedule monthly for years via text. Usually I just ask for service any day of the week, but this time I needed a specific day, so requested confirmation that it would fit in the schedule. No one answered, so i sent another message 4 days later asking to confirm the schedule. Again no answer. It was now the weekend before Thanksgiving and I had to scramble to find someone else to clean prior to guests arriving. I sent a final message saying that I would find another service, since I had not heard back, and hoped all was well. Never got a reply. It's a shame because they always did a good job cleaning the house, but communication needs to improve.
