It was very…read moreobvious that it was time as she had stopped eating, drinking, and refused her meds under any condition. I knew that I wanted it to be done at home where she would be most comfortable, but I didn't know how that worked so I started searching. I saw that Dignity Bridge had a lot of recommendations on a local facebook group I'm in, but they didn't have a website. I decided to give them a call and leave a message since it was already after normal business hours. Their voicemail message suggested texting for a faster response so I hung up and did that instead. Shortly after, I got a response answering all my questions about pricing, who they recommend for cremation, and availability. Dr Evans and I texted back and forth multiple times and were working on finding a time to move forward with the euthanasia. The next day, Dr. Evans let me know of an opening in her schedule that evening which is when I was trying to schedule her. My dog ended up passing naturally overnight so I was no longer in need of her services. I appreciated her following up and let her know the circumstances. She wrote me a very nice response offering her sympathy and to let her know if they could help with anything. Although I did not end up having to use their services, the interaction I had was worthy of a five star experience. I hope not to be faced with making that difficult decision again any time soon, but if so, I will absolutely be calling Dr Evans and Dignity Bridge again.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is the service that no one wants, but also no one knows…read morethey need. Last week, we got a terminal diagnosis on my 16 year, 8 month old best friend. I knew immediately that he deserved to pass in his home, on his bed surrounded by the people he loves the most. This afternoon, Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice came to the house and Dr. Will helped us through the process. Eli transitioned to the next stage at 2:30pm in the most peaceful of ways, surrounded by an enormous amount of love, lots of kisses and in my arms with my husband petting him the whole time. I can't say enough about the entire process. The phone staff is incredible, caring, comforting and patient. The follow up emails are just the right amount of info when you're overwhelmed. They also have anticipatory and post-loss group support and I've joined 2 and plan to join 1 per week until I can cope on my own. It's a free service that is immensely helpful as you battle with when and why. I don't understand how these hospice vets can do their jobs, but they are angels on earth and I give Dr. Will so.many.hugs and accolades. He was informative, NEVER time pressured me and handled everything with such compassion and dignity. My biggest concern was that I was doing it too soon and o was pleased that he literally addressed every concern and evaluated my pup's issues before giving any advice. He never pressured me, but talked me through everything. In the end, it was my call and I was given all the time I needed. My ONLY complaint is that I wish I could take my other animals to Dr. Will on a regular basis. He is my kind of doctor. Hard decision. Terrible need, but I can't recommend enough.

Dr Milligan barely took anything off the beak with a dremel tool. I kept asking for her to take more off but she wasnt comfortable doing that. I was not satisfied with this service. Made another appointment with another vet for the next day to have his beak fixed. Footloose Vet charges more for this service than a Certified Avian Vet. After sending a message on FB in regards of not being satisfied it took them less than an hour to block my profile on FB. Needless to say I wont be taking any of my other animals there. 2 cats, 2 more birds and a dog. Do NOT recommend!

I have "special needs" pets and love the care service that Carolina Comfort Pet Sitting provides…read more They are reliable and easy to schedule via phone or email and the sitter sends at least one text/picture message per day in addition to leaving notes letting me know how the visits went. I can tell they spend quality time with my pets and follow the extra steps to correctly administer medication. They are also very neat and tidy, I don't come home to any dirty petfood dishes and the house is always locked up securely. The sitter even remembers to put the garbage bin out, which I always forget to do! We will definitely continue using and recommending this service to others in the area.

Her communication is on point! She sends texts after each visit to update you and even leaves a checklist with days, times, what was done, etc... You will never wonder how your animals are doing with them in her care. My older cat has to have medication and Kathy administers it with a loving touch and ease. My other two cats are still kittens and need to be worn out. Kathy always spends a little extra time with them to make sure they get some love, attention and exercise. We are incredibly grateful that we found such a great pet sitter for our girls! All of our cats adore her! Even the one who usually hides from strangers.
