I ordered the sign well in advance to ensure that I would have it in time for my store opening, but it took less than 4 weeks to complete and get installed. It turned out perfect and I was absolutely in love with how it turned out. Sandy was so kind and professional during the entire process. We went back and forth a bit with the design because my logo was a bit of a challenge to work with as it has really thin lines. She was offered suggestions and improvements to make it work. She created a mockup for me to approve within days. Then it took just about 2 weeks or so to get the signage. We scheduled a time for her and her team to come in and install it and they finished within a few hours. You can tell how passionate she is about her work and the amount of love and care she puts into every single piece she creates. I also rented their 36" LOVE marquee for my store opening and it lit up the whole room. Everyone that came by complimented on it and loved the marquee. Everyone wanted a photo with it! I am in love their marquees, as it's so different and unique from the traditional metal ones you see in stores. These are made out of wood and carefully hand painted. I would highly recommend Pulp Function, whether you are looking to buy or rent a marquee for your next event/wedding or if you're a business owner looking to have a unique sign created for your store. The conversation was progressing professionally until the day of pick up where he provided us with a sketchy address for pick up. The individuals residing in this address claim not knowing him. Not only that, he ended up giving a costume to someone else when there is clear email confirmation for pick up on an agreed upon date. He claimed that I picked it up the day before. He didn't even know the individual's name who picked it up and is accusing me of stealing from him. Don't bother renting from him as him and his business are a joke.
