When the gentleman from S&L came, he kept the comments brief and professional. Oftentimes in my experience, contractors will exaggerate the condition of the problem in order to charge more or get you to agree to getting unnecessary work done. No "slimey salesman" vibes here. Also, their quote was one of the fairest from the list. They arrived on time, worked at a good pace, and cleaned the area afterwards, which is something I don't see typically from contractors I've used in the past.
