Our company was struggling with personel changes and re-engineering and Ron Smith with Santa Fe Learning Centers designed an experiential learning program to help us get back on track. Team building and Leadership exercises were fun and challenging. The high challenge course events got the heart pumping and the trust issues solved because our team was in charge of the belay ropes!!
