When I asked the attendant she said I didn't need the receipt that all I had to do was place the card on the machine and it would tell me how much was on the card. Being a customer here for over two years I already knew how the system worked she said I had an attitude!! For asking about a receipt??? really?? I told her no it's you that has an attitude. When she walked over to the machine and realized there was no paper in the machine she said that it wasn't her problem. She was rude and her and the other female attendant smirked and called me a dumb and fat not sure what my weight has to do with anything what it boils down too is that her generation has no work ethic manners or respect. Hood Street Laundromat is in an older building with heavy duty commercial washers. I didn't count the washers but there were over 20 dryers and there was not one "out of order" sign on any of them. The floors, folding tables, and machines were clean. There is an attendant on duty (for assistance and laundry drop off). There's plenty of parking around the building and chairs inside and outside. I would recommend and use this laundromat again.
