I hook it to the back of my spider pull it over and dump the tanks and from the tanks to the dump station as many times as I need but the rates for full-time are really really reasonable and it's quiet and peaceful. It has a small lake which is nice. Some spots have fire rings. They sell Propane on site at a reasonable cost. I have not been here through the winter yet so we will see how all that works out. I would definitely recommend if you are full timer that you can invest in an extended stay kit and some additional bottles so you don't have to move your motorhome or camp trailer down to the bulk tank to get propane the bathroom and shower facilities are well maintained if you choose to go that route When I first moved in, they did not have what I considered to be the perfect space for me but once it became available, the staff was very accommodating and helped me get set up a big shout out to James the maintenance guy. thank you so much for all your help and thank you to the young lady that I talked to on the phone about any issues and I'm sorry I cannot remember her name. I'm a terrible terrible person when it comes to that.

That's just how it happens! Nature tends to take over sometimes and there nothing they could do to prevent it. We ended up finding a camping spot for our tent that wasn't too flooded, yet close to the outhouse. It was pretty quiet, even being close to the train tracks didn't bother us that much. The outhouse was a bit dirty as you can imagine the rain probably added to it, but we were just grateful for a hole to relieve ourselves! There are plenty of spaces to camp, the cost is about $21/night I believe. And since the office is closed on the weekends, you have to pay by cash or check and drop it in the box by the office. The camp site we wanted were walkup only so we just drove around until we got the place we wanted to camp for the night. No issues! I'm sure in the summer it's gorgeous!

This place is owned/attached to Wichita State University, and this location is the training base of the university's rowing team. The people who work here have a lot of experience with the equipment they're renting, from my experience. I visited on a sunny Wichita day to rent a kayak to paddle on the Arkansas River. I'm not the most enthusiastic kayaker, to be honest. In fact, I almost backed out of this little adventure. But the kind people at Boats and Bikes made sure I was safe and secure in my vessel. They even offered to give me a thingie to put my phone in so it wouldn't end up at the bottom of the river. (Oh wow! I didn't even think about my phone getting wet, let alone ending up at the bottom of a murky body of water. Good looking out.) The river was calm the day that I visited, though, so I didn't feel like my phone was in danger at all. I had a nice little paddle on the lake. It was fun. From the Boats and Bikes livery, you can paddle by Exploration Place and to the Keeper of the Plains monument. At the end of the river excursion, they gave me a bottle of water, which was nice. One thing to keep in mind is that the parking for this place is a little ways away from the actual location. It's a little confusing, actually. You might need to call and confirm where to park.
