They were clean and tidy and professional the whole time and were in and out like clockwork even after some additional work was requested once they were on site. I knew the last-minute change might not be possible, but they accommodated it without any fuss which I recognize is not always possible, but they managed to work it out even staying a little later to accomplish it knowing I only had one day on site to do so, while being professional about the additional charges ... no gouging and a fair price for the service rented. I can't recommend them enough!

I will reach out to her to get the service that I deserve. Thank you Vera! Customer service was good, however the service to my couch and mattress were terrible. I have a huge stain on my couch. It looks like dirty water stain. He first cleaned my tan couch, then cleaned my mattress and afterwards there's a huge stain. I have to purchase a new mattress. Worst part they blamed the stain on me and that their work lifts actual stains within the mattress..I CALL BS..

They stated they could have someone out to me 8:00 am and would text me prior (as I said sometimes my baby is still asleep at 7:30 am) - well Tim the technician did text me prior to arriving and he was at my house on time. Not a huge time window for arrival but SET and ON TIME! I love that with a business. The couch did need an overall cleaning as we have not had it professionally cleaned since purchasing years back and I'm glad we went with this company. The fast response, timeliness of arriving, and service of my sectional were all worth the value (which was fair in my opinion). Tim did an awesome job - My couch looks new!

First of all, they were able to accommodate us and squeeze us in with such short notice. We had already moved out of the house and were living 30 minutes away, and had to get it done in a week. Angel was so good about responding to text messages and calls and being available and willing to work out a schedule so we could get it done. We had the house cleaned on a Wednesday and the carpet steam cleaned on Saturday. He even came back to my house to close my windows when it rained bc I was so far away! The price was reasonable and on par with other quotes that we got, but we loved that this is a small family business and wanted to support that. And we made the best decision and now our carpet is clean, our house is sparkling and it's ready to go on the market. If we lived in the area, we would for sure be getting biweekly cleaning from them. Hope we can find someone in our area that can compare.
