I went back to get them replaced and he replaced them with regular rhinestones which isnt a problem but I still paid for swarovski crystals. Very c r a p p y job unfortunately. He didn't place nails at cuticle he put it above so now it looks like I've had these on for a month. They won't be getting another penny out of me unless i am desperate. I was charged $165 for gel x nails and a half job pedicure. I paid for deluxe pedicure and did not receive that. Paint job on toes looked fine but my nails look terrible.

I started with a pedicure with no polish and no cutting, just cleaning and filing, and T followed that exactly. He also gave me one of the best leg and foot massages I've had in a long time. Then came my hands. I wanted something over my natural nails and asked about hybrid options. I explained all my concerns to Emily, the technician, who is amazing. She really listened, walked me through different options, and made it clear that if I felt any discomfort at all we would stop immediately. She was so careful the entire time. Every single step. She made sure not a drop of product touched my skin. I'm sure this ended up being one of the longest French manicures she's ever done, but she never rushed me or made me feel like a problem. She told me there's a two week guarantee on French manicures and to come back if anything chipped, but it's been four weeks and they still look beautiful. I spoke with Melissa and we never once had an occurrence of disrespect or being rude on either behalf. It seems as though you have mistaken our situation with another. Or simply trying to justify your choices regarding our review. Either way, thanks for the response. The real issue still persists, why would someone need nail polish repair within 24 hours of service and then a 2nd time 48 hours later. Nail services should last longer than a day, especially with the prices that were paid.

Turns out, the problem wasn't me--it was poor prep and product quality at the other place. Cheyenne is incredible. She helped me transition from growing out my nails with Gel-X to a hard gel overlay, and her prep work is immaculate. She takes her time with a thorough dry manicure before doing any enhancements, which makes a huge difference. I've been getting my nails done since I was 16 (I'm 42 now), and Cheyenne is the best tech I've ever had. Her French work is flawless, and on top of being insanely talented, she's also a genuinely lovely person.
