Recently moved into a new apartment. The landlord says this company cleaned our unit but the entire…read moreapartment smelled of cat pee. We used our own person carpet cleaner and in multiple rooms pulled up our yellow (cat pee) in spots that were the size of a couch. It took two days of carpet cleaning and using a cleaner specifically for cat pee to get rid of the smell. If they did actually clean that unit, they did a terrible job. Then, one morning one of their workers knocked once and then walked in while my boyfriend was still undressed. When we called to discuss the issue, the employees refused to talk to us "because there was nothing more to discuss". So, I don't recommend this business as they seem lazy and unprofessional.

I don't carry cash, and I prefer to use my business debit card for record keeping purposes. Worse yet, the younger of the two women in the office failed to give me tracking numbers on a package. She gave me a handwritten receipt which was hard to read and incomplete - NO tracking numbers. It took several days before I could call them, and I missed the deadline for entering it in my records (which resulted in a penalty). I should not have to go to this extra effort because everything should be printed on the records provided.
