I found Sandy completely on accident, not having any idea what I was doing as a first-time home buyer. When I sat down with her for our first meeting, she carefully walked me through all of the steps in purchasing a home. By the end of our first meeting, I was pretty certain I'd never survive this overwhelming process, and told Sandy as much. She then said something along the lines of, "Wait, you do realize that I handle most of this for you, right?"
And she did. On our first tour date we saw three potential homes. Sandy was very candid in how she felt about them, going so far as to let me know when there was something obviously amiss about the listing, or if the price was just not worth what was being offered. When after sitting for a couple of days, I came to the conclusion that one of the potentials we looked at suited my needs and fit my budget well, I called Sandy to let her know to make an offer (which she had to coax out of me, but was careful not to put the words in my mouth).
Within an hour, the offer was written -- with a caveat: There was another offer on the table for the property. She was quick to analyze the situation and offer a suggestion to secure our claim, and I went with her suggestion. The offer was accepted by the seller within hours.
After, Sandy did as promised, and handled everything she could on an aggressive timeline. She managed to organize a closing 4 weeks from offer acceptance, and there was really nothing along the way that slowed the process down.
I would absolutely go to Sandy again when looking to purchase a property, and with her attention to detail and impressive ability to get things done, I'd trust her to sell my property as well. read more
