I normally do not write negative reviews, but our experience with Krisp N Clean was ultimately negative. We found this service unprofessional and unreliable. Kim's cleaning was moderately adequate, but inconsistent. Kim's communication was very poor as well and she did not like to be reminded to do things or even report the condition of the house after renters left. Furthermore, she left our front door unlocked - twice. Finally, on our change over day, Saturday, she quit without notice leaving my wife and I to scramble to get our house clean before our next renters arrived.
