The next day, Phillip Santangelo, the project mgr arrived and stayed in constant contact with me as he coordinated the repairs until the job was completed. We looked into the large stores but decided to take a chance on a local company that we heard advertising on the radio. Lewis and Weldon was advertising their new line of cabinetry, Cranberry Cove, not only were their prices great, but they could handle everything from design, to installation. And, all the cabinetry would be constructed right on site, at their shop. My parents could see the design plans from their design group before they started and they could visit the shop during construction to see everything being built. Thanks Chuck and all at Lewis and Weldon for being so gracious in helping my parents with a major change in their life. Nancy

Nightmare to work with. Hired for turnover & seasonal cleaning. Every week there was at least one…read moremajor issue and several minor issues. Any time we tried to communicate issues, the owners were argumentative and rude. They left the door to the house unlocked on at least 2 occasions which is, in itself, as unprofessional as a cleaning business can be. The final straw was that we discovered that one of the co-owners picked used, obviously dirty and wet towels up off the floor, folded them, and put them away in a linen closet as if they were clean. When I brought this up with her, she went on a tirade that was not only completely unprofessional, but rude and insulting to me personally. She blamed everyone and everything for her inability to perform the duties she was hired to do, and never once took responsibility. When we requested to meet in person to end her employment with us, she withheld our linens. Do yourself a HUGE favor and don't bother with this "company."

Had my Eastham Kitchen totally gutted and redone. I'll give…read moremy honest Pros and Cons. Cons: This will cost more than you think. I was a bit shocked at first however they are doing a lot more work than I even imagined. Example; my home is antique and well over 100 years old. Reinforcing and leveling the floor took about 2 weeks but when the project was done the floor repair was totally necessary and added so much to the finished result. Also if you are hoping the project will be done in a few weeks, it might, however the bigger the project the more chance for delays. Pros: I was communicating with a team of extremely competent people. Each is a specialist in a narrow field. Greg has an incredible sense of design and really digs into the details. Sonja handles the crew that does the prep, construction and heavy lifting. Mylia coordinates all products to be ordered. Special shout out to Bill who handles anything going on with all the crews. He returns your text or call in a minute or less and remembers every detail of your project. No regrets for me.

Needed to add a kitchen and two full baths, as well as closets, move beam and add a laundry area. It came out fantastic. This group--from Tracey Perry's help with design (amazing!) to Mike Heinrich's detailed budget which they stuck to and Bill Schmidt's communication on every detail, it was actually a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this group. In between my two projects with Cape & Islands Kitchens I did another property with a well known, popular Falmouth builder (hint: begins with an "L"). It was a DISASTER. Do not be fooled by the lower initial numbers--you will pay in the end and the quality of work will suffer. I am so glad I was able to do this renovation with Cape & Islands Kitchens!

I decided to have professionals come in and give the house a better cleaning than I ever had. I am a pretty clean guy, but I know it could be "deeper." I met the owners of Impeccable Clean at a local networking event and we got to talking about cleaning my house. The end result is a house cleaner than I could have thought at a very fair price. I read the other review on here and personally, I had very good communication experience with them! Christina (co-owner) kept me updated via text as I was working for part of the day. They were very considerate of my dog being in their way, who is 170 pounds, and this meant a great deal to me. Christina visited the house for a formal estimate, and they were on time and on budget. I also work from home and they cleaned my office and workshop. The bathrooms look better than they ever have. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again to freshen up in a few months!
