Sandro has very beautiful clothes no doubt but I was very frustrated and displeased with two aspects of this company.
I am an American living in France for a short spell. A few days ago, I bought three items and tried to return them because I ended up being unhappy with them. I discovered, much to my dismay that they do not except returns. I was very frustrated because there was no sign at the register explaining this policy nor did any of the employees say anything either about not being able to return anything. Both the US stores and US online stores do except returns and I was very obviously American and they even asked me. I tried to find a way to get a hold of customer service but no one could help me when I called the Sandro stores. I ended up having to call the US Sandro corporate office and talk to a woman who got me the email for the French customer service lady. After three days, the french woman finally responded to my email saying "our company Sandro holds no liability to refund your purchase" Adding that she hopes to count me as a loyal customer still. Although Sandro's clothes are very nice, unfortunately I will not be shopping there again and they have lost me as a customer. They did not treat me well at all after I had spent my money. It was not very customer friendly like service and I would rather take my business elsewhere. So anyone shopping at Sandro, please be aware that you cannot return items at all.
