We had a bit of a miscommunication about the appointment time/date, but I was elated when Jenny went out of her way to accommodate me after hours. Although it was late, she took her time, talked me through my options, and took the time to go above and beyond with her artistry. She is professional and gentle with her work. I came prepared to nap with a blanket and headphones. However, upon waking up from a quick nap and getting a little restless as I do, we ended up chatting a bit until I enjoyably lost track of the time. I also appreciate that Jenny is eager to learn the new techniques and perfect her artistry. I think it's important that technicians are receptive to client feedback and learning, and Jenny definitely checks the boxes. My only challenges are the distance, my availability, and my budget but when I do get my lashes done, I'll definitely choose Jenny!

I wanted an in-between but on the fuller side "to try something new." Jenny knew exactly what I was talking about and delivered. She's been at this longer than most. 10+ years. She doesn't rush. While some artists slap on lashes in an hour, Jenny is meticulous. She took her time to place a mixture of single and fan lashes evenly between both eyes. Her work is also seamless. She got as close to my lash line without irritating my skin. Three weeks later and my set still looks fab. Jenny goes above and beyond in supporting you with aftercare too. I heard a lot of good things about Hyuna's lash lift and so I went and tried it. The results are amazing, she did a really good job throughout the entire process even though my left eye continued to tear up. She put a lot of detail and attention throughout our time together. I'll leave a re-review after a couple of weeks to show what they look like, but they look amazing right now. Her studio is very nice and quiet. It was nice she had her own private, cozy area. My eyes were closed for almost all of the time there but it was very clean and put together.

The first year I did microblading (very first time, ever). Then I saw the pictures of his clients and realized how much I'd want the shading on for this time (my second time). Microblading is not permanent but does last a year to a couple/few. I was not sure I'd want to have permanent eyebrows as I got older so this option was my preferred. Arriving and setting up the appointment was quick and simple. Hien is explains all of the steps along the way. Be prepared to explain what kind of eyebrows (arch/no arch/ "korean eyebrows"). I've been so happy with mine! :) I'd highly recommend Hien! They are many others who do microblading / shading but the two biggest winning points for me are 1) his work of making eyebrows look very natural (no zebra looking lines, no row of straight lines) and 2) he has also gotten certified in tattoo removal (imagine if you went elsewhere and they screwed up...)
